This limited edition Shark FlexStyle set in teal is for people who want an air styler with a choice of curl size. Most FlexStyle bundles include two curlers of the same size. This one pairs a 32 mm curler for loose curls with a 24 mm curler for tighter ones, and adds a FrizzFighter finishing tool for smoothing flyaways on dry hair.

In its favour
- The 24 mm curler is listed for tighter curls, a useful size on short hair.
- Coanda airflow wraps hair automatically, so no clamp is needed near the scalp.
- It also dries hair, so one tool covers drying and curling.
Good to know
- Air wrapping needs enough length to catch, which very short hair may not have.
- No maximum temperature is given in the listing.
Our take
Dryer first, styler second
With a single twist, the FlexStyle changes from a hair dryer into a multi-styler. That matters for routine: you rough-dry with it pointing straight, then twist the head and fit the curlers or brush. Shark states the airflow temperature is measured 1,000 times per second for consistent heat, and claims more smoothness and shine with less frizz compared with air drying. The listing gives 1,650 W and 240 V.
The curlers and finishing tools
The auto-wrap curlers use Coanda airflow to pull hair round the barrel and set it, so there is no manual winding. The 24 mm size is the useful extra here, since smaller barrels hold better on fine or shorter hair and give a more defined curl. The FrizzFighter finishing tool attracts hair automatically and smooths flyaways, and Shark aims it at dry, straight or already straightened hair.
An oval brush handles blow-dry volume and a concentrator focuses airflow for smoothing. Alligator clips are included for sectioning, and a storage bag keeps the parts together.
Things the listing leaves out
No maximum temperature in degrees is given. Amazon shows 2.5 kg, which is almost certainly the boxed set with accessories rather than the handle. There is no diffuser in this bundle, unlike the Shark FlexStyle 5-in-1, so people with natural curls who diffuse should compare the two before buying.
How it compares
Against the Shark FlexStyle 5-in-1, this set swaps the paddle brush and diffuser for a FrizzFighter tool, clips and the second, smaller curler. Against the Dyson Airwrap i.d., it lacks app guidance and a stated heat ceiling, but it gives two curl sizes in one box.
Verdict
Choose this FlexStyle set if you want both tight and loose air curls and a finishing tool for frizz, especially on fine or short hair where the 24 mm curler helps. If you need a diffuser or paddle brush, the Shark FlexStyle 5-in-1 is the better bundle, and the Dyson Airwrap i.d. suits those who want stated low heat and guided curls.
